4. I am a hard worker with an honest approach to design. While i respond to each siteindividually, i follow a process of survey, analysis, response, design and adaption. Mydesigns have a strong environmental ethos and echo the principles of art and design.My designs focuses on creating a unique identity for a site and enhancing existingfeatures. I aim to link the user to the site through ownership, history and culture. I amnot afraid to design and always aim to push barriers. I have excellent plant knowledge, with a focus on creating sustainable plant communities that require less maintenance than traditional planting schemes. My planting phiosophy looks at what schemes will give the greatest ecological benefit, social aesthetic experience and are the least intensive in terms of labour and costs. I am very comfortable with digital design programs, but am just as capable at hand drafting/ rendering techniques. I have great drive and passion, proven by my volunteering activities and my grades in relation to my qualifications
